"I found Stephen's contact info on Nextdoor, looked him up and saw that he did indeed graduate from U of New Hampshire with a degree in computers (and graduated 1st in his class). Then I Googled him and found he was the manager of the Verizon store so it turns out I had met him in the store! I told him I had been hacked, and he told me some things to immediately do, and he would be over to my house to fix it. Do not get hacked bc it is expensive to repair, but truly the experience was so pleasant. He went through two computers and two phones. Luckily Apple phones automatically shut out hackers. After he left he checked up to see how we were doing and if we had any issues or questions. We did and he is continuing to assist us. I highly recommend Stephen for any computer work you might need. Although he is young and speaks computereez, he was able to speak English to us to be sure we understood!"
